Mr Tools provides access to premium digital tools, AI subscriptions, streaming accounts, VPS, and VPN services. Many of the products we offer are built on top of third-party software and platforms (for example, Amazon seller tools, AI assistants, and streaming services). Those tools remain the property of their respective owners, and our role is to package, deliver, and support access to them.

• Some subscriptions are delivered as individual, dedicated logins; others may be provided as shared or group access depending on the product and plan you choose. Where this applies, it will be noted on the product listing or communicated to you before purchase.
• Usage limits, feature availability, and uptime for any underlying third-party tool are set by that tool's original provider, not by Mr Tools, and can change without our control.
• Because pricing is significantly discounted compared to buying directly from the original provider, occasional slowdowns, temporary restrictions, or the need for a replacement login can happen from time to time.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from Mr Tools. When you place an order or reach out to us, you agree to give us accurate contact details (name, email, and/or Messenger number) so we can deliver your access and support you afterward.

You're responsible for keeping any login credentials we provide confidential and for anything that happens through your access. If you notice unauthorized use of an account we've delivered to you, let us know right away at support@mrtools.com.

4. Orders, Payment & Delivery

Orders are placed through our website, Messenger, or contact form and confirmed once payment is received through one of our supported methods (cards, bank transfer, or digital wallets, as shown at checkout). Most access is delivered within minutes; during high-demand periods it may take longer, and we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Prices shown on the site are placeholders pending currency and billing selection and are subject to change without prior notice; any promotional pricing applies to new orders only.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, and logos referenced on our site (including any third-party tools, streaming platforms, or AI products we resell access to) belong to their respective owners. Mr Tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies, and we reference their names solely to describe what we sell. If a rights holder has concerns about how their brand is referenced on our site, they can reach us at support@mrtools.com and we'll address it promptly.

6. Acceptable Use

When using access purchased through Mr Tools, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with people outside your own household or team plan.
• Automate, script, or otherwise abuse a tool beyond normal manual use in a way that could get shared access restricted for other customers.
• Use any product for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell without authorization, or interfere with the underlying third-party services or our platform.

We may suspend or replace access that's being used in a way that violates these Terms or the original provider's own policies.

7. Warranties & Availability

We work to verify every subscription before it's delivered and stand behind our replacement warranty (see our Refund Policy for details). That said, because many products depend on third-party platforms outside our control, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, specific feature sets, or that a provider won't change their own terms. Services are otherwise provided on an "as available" basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mr Tools and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses caused by a third-party provider's downtime, policy changes, or account restrictions. Our replacement and refund commitments (outlined in our Refund Policy) remain your primary remedy if something goes wrong.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms, without prior notice, particularly in cases of abuse that risks other customers' access. You can stop using our Services at any time; any applicable refund or replacement will be handled per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use Mr Tools after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
